Supporting data for “Purification, Fabrication and Shape Engineering of Diamond Materials for Applications Ranging from Anti-counterfeiting to Biofilm Inhibition”

This thesis is about the engineering (including purification, fabrication, and shape engineering) of diamond materials for practical applications (including ultrasensitive thermometry, unclonable anti-counterfeiting, and biofilm inhibition). And the data submited are all related to the findings observed in the thesis, which mainly includes scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning transmission electron microscopy, photoluminescence microscopy characterizations results of our samples (diamond materials).
