To further investigate the mechanism of SphK1/2 on oocyte maturation, we established Sphk1/2gc -/- and WT mice. We then performed transcriptomic analysis on the MGCs and cumulus cells of Sphk1/2gc-/- and WT mice at 2 h post-hCG. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the MGCs and cumulus cells of Sphk1/2gc-/- and WT mice at 2 h post-hCG.
