In our study, 16S rRNA sequencing and targeted metabolomic profiling (SCFAs) of stool samples were conducted in H. pylori positive and eradication successful patients and healthy normal controls. We firstly aimed to explore the interactions between H. pylori infection, gut microbiota and SCFAs. Furthermore, the alterations of gut microbiota and SCFAs induced by VA dual therapies were analyzed. We also evaluated the factors might influencing the gut microbiota and SCFAs and conducted the integrated analysis of gut dysbiosis and SCFAs alterations.
