Brodie_subsurface_sediment_biostimulation

This project investigated the secondary cycling of carbon related to protozoan grazing during biostimulation of subsurface sediment microbial communities. Laboratory column studies were performed with multiple sampling port locations sampled over an 8 week interval. In total rRNA profiles were obtained for 48 samples comprised of 6 locations (5 ports every 5cm and 1 effluent sampling location) sampled over 8 weeks.
