Data of White matter hyperintensity shape and location feature analysis on brain MRI; proof of principle study in patients with diabetes

Anonymized MRI data and white matter hyperintensity (WMH) segmentations from the Utrecht Vascular Cognitive Impairment Study Group. Questions can be addressed to the Utrecht Vascular Cognitive Impairment Study Group Data Access Committee. For every subject, the data consist of: <ul> <li>FLAIR image: file ending at *_FLAIR.nii.gz</li> <li>WMH segmentation: manual segmentation of white matter hyperintensities in the file ending at *_FLAIR.wmh.nii.gz</li> </ul>
