Global gene expression profile of TE7 cells (control cells and cells overexpressing human CDH26). Homo sapiens

Currently, no studies exist that identify the function of human CDH26 protein. We aimed to understand the impact of high levels of CDH26 expression on esophageal epithelial gene expression. Overall design: RNA was isolated from TE7 cell clones transduced with a control construct (pMIRNA1-puro-control) (n=2) or with a CDH26 expression construct (pMIRNA1-puro-CDH26) (n=3) followed by hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
