Metatranscriptomic analysis of host-associated epimicrobiota

Metatranscriptomes of four corals with Black Band Disease. Each coral was sampled in three distinct regions: apparently healthy tissue far from the black band layer, apparently healthy tissue immediately adjacent to black band layer (aka transition zone), and the black band layer. All four corals were sampled during the day. One coral (#3) was additionally sampled during the night.
