Simulation results: CryoGrid 3 set-up for ice-wedge polygons

This dataset contains numerical simulation results obtained with the CryoGrid 3 permafrost model for a field site in northeast Siberia. The model code and settings which were used to create these results are deposited at 10.5281/zenodo.2601973. A journal article which describes the simulation results scientifically has been published in the scientific journal The Cryosphere as 10.5194/tc-13-1089-2019. The dataset contains two types of simulations described in the article VALIDATION_200710-201412_*: These simulations of a 7-year period which been used to evaluate the model performance by comparison to field observations. LONGTERM_197910-204412_*: These simulations of a 65-year period have been used to investigate the long-term dynamics of the model as described in the article.
