Nanostring Innate Immune Profiling of WT and Chil4 KD mice after chronic treatment with PBS or DRA allergens. In this study littermate WT and KD CHil4 KD mice were treated intranasally twice weekly with PBS or DRA allergens. Whole lung RNA was harvested and profiled using the Nanostring innate immunity panel.
