Supporting Materials for: Behavioural and Organisational Mechanisms of Municipal Energy Efficiency: A Behaviour–Practice Integration Model

This repository provides supporting materials for the study “Behavioural and Organisational Mechanisms of Municipal Energy Efficiency: A Behaviour–Practice Integration Model.” The research examines how energy-saving intentions are translated into stable organisational practices within municipal operations. The repository includes a conceptual framework (Behaviour–Practice Integration Model) and a structured methodological summary outlining the qualitative research design, including co-design workshops, interviews, site observations, and document analysis conducted in a municipal case study (Townsville City Council, Australia). Due to ethical and confidentiality constraints associated with human participant research, the underlying qualitative data (e.g., interview transcripts, workshop discussions, and internal organisational documents) are not publicly available. The materials provided here are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and interpretation of the study’s findings without compromising participant confidentiality. De-identified data may be made available upon reasonable request to the corresponding author, subject to approval from the relevant ethics committee and participating organisation.
