Third Independent Trial - Utilizing Transcriptomics to Investigate Intestinal Health in PEDV-Infected Piglets

Our research team recently conducted seven independent animal experiments at differnt time and investigated the role of PEDV on piglet intestinal health. We collected the samples for transcriptomics, proteomics, or metabolomics anakysis. This is the thrid independent trial.For this trial, 10 seven-day-old crossbred (Duroc x Landrace x Large White) piglets were selected, and transcriptomic analyses were performed on their small intestines after PEDV infection. The aim of this trial is to identify and validate potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets in the context of PEDV. This study provides additional insights into the pathogenesis of PEDV and contributes valuable knowledge for its prevention and therapeutic intervention.
