The CRISPR-Cas system is a new DNA-editing technology and promise potential in many applications such as genome engineering and genetic screening. We are generating genome-wide CRISPR guide RNA libraries using pooled oligos that are synthesized on microarray slides. We want to analyse the quality of the resulting libraries by deep sequencing.
