Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal and bacterial diversity in jujube orchard under facility cultivation

Facility cultivation of Ziziphus jujuba cv. Dongzao first appeared in Shanxi Dali, which was an important economic forest tree species of Dali.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi can promote nutrient cycling, improve soil structure and regulate rhizosphere microbial community structure in orchard ecosystem.Based on the theories of soil ecology and microbial ecology, the correlation between different protected cultivation and AMF community structure was studied by measuring soil physical and chemical properties, soil enzyme activity, and balloonmycin content, and analyzing the diversity of AMF.
