Digital Archive from Trial Trench Work at Swinston Hill Road, Dinnington, South Yorkshire, February to April 2022

This collection comprises site records from Trial Trench Work at Swinston Hill Road Dinnington South Yorkshire, February to April 2022 which was undertaken by Archaeological Services WYAS. These records include trench record sheets, context record cards, sample registers, drawing sheet registers, section drawings and digital photograph record sheets. The works comprised seven trenches targeting anomalies identified by a previous geophysical survey. Evidence of agricultural ploughing was found in the south of the site along with a large pond-type feature. No artefactual evidence was recovered.
