Study on the ecological effect of washing oil on microorganism in laboratory culture environment under disposal process conditions

In this study, two dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GGT 0620) was used to detect the components of washing oil under different treatment conditions, and the effects of different treatment conditions on washing oil components were analyzed. The 16S gene was sequenced by the method of shaking bottle culture, and the microbial response to the influence of washing oil on the ecological environment was analyzed.
