The Quality of Physiotherapy Services, 1994

The objective of "The Quality of Physiotherapy Services, 1994" was to map experiences and the opinion among users (patients) and physiotheraposts which can be related to the quality of physiotherapy services. The user survey focused on who the physiotherapy users are, why they seek physiotherapy services, which expectations they have for the treatment, what happens during the treatment process and how this experience is. The physiotherapy survey focused on attitudes and practice towards user-orientation, evaluation of the treatment/the results of treatment and evaluation of quality criterions.
