Data and scripts from manuscript Carmona et al. 2020. In review in Nature

Data includes the average trait values at the species level for six aboveground traits (Above_traits.txt), four fine-root traits (Root_traits.txt), information on woodiness at the species level (woodiness_1218sp.txt), taxonomical information for the species (Above_taxonomy.txt), information about the biomes in which species are present (biomes_1218sp.txt), and information about the average temperature and precipitation in each biome (Climate_biomes.rds).The R material includes nine scripts to replicate the analyses and main figures from the manuscript, and a script (00_All analyses.R) that can be executed to perform all these analyses in the correct order.
