资源简介:
Summary This metadata record provides details of the data supporting the claims of the related manuscript: “Mutated clones driving leukemic transformation are already detectable at the single cell level in CD34-positive cells in the chronic phase of primary myelofibrosis”. The related study investigated single cell genomics and transcriptomics of CD34+ cells from a primary myelofibrosis (PMF) patient who progressed to acute myeloid Leukemia (AML) while receiving Ruxolitinib. Data access Single-cell RNA sequencing data is available via the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus repository with accession: https://identifiers.org/geo:GSE153319. These scRNA sequencing data underlie Figures 3-4 and Supplementary Figures 7-8, 10-11 in the related manuscript.
Data supporting Figure 3 and Supplementary Figure 9 are contained in the file ‘T cells.fcs’, which is not openly available to protect patient privacy. Data requests should be made to Prof. Manfredini. The patient clinical data are contained in the file ‘Patient clinical data.xlsx’, which is also not available to protect patient privacy. Data requests should be made to Prof. Manfredini. All other data supporting the related study are shared openly as part of this metadata record. Data supporting Figures 1-2 and Supplementary Figures 1-6 are contained in the .zip file ‘Parenti_et_al_supporting_data.zip’ and arranged in folders named according to the figures they underlie. Data supporting Supplementary Table 4 and Supplementary Data Files 4-6 are contained in the file ‘Supplementary Data File 3.xlsx’, which is included with this metadata record. The corresponding author is: Rossella Manfredini, PhD, Centre for Regenerative Medicine “Stefano Ferrari”, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, via Gottardi n.100, 41125 Modena, Italy. E-mail: rossella.manfredini@unimore.it
Name of Institutional Review Board or ethics committee that approved the study
The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and with ethical approval obtained from the local ethics committee of the Humanitas Research Hospital – Milan, Italy. (Approval date: 28 jan 2019; approval file # 2175). The patient provided written informed consent to take part in the study.
