Gene expression profile at single cell level of normal neurons or peri-infarct neurons of Padi4-deficient and wild-type mice on day 4 after ischemic stroke

To investigate the gene expression difference in peri-infarct neurons of Padi4-deficient and control mice on day 4 after ischemic stroke onset, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of peri-infarct neurons from neuron-specific Padi4-deficient and control mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of scRNA-seq data in peri-infarct neurons from neuron-specific Padi4-deficient (Slc17a7-Cre; Slc32a1-Cre; Padi4 flox/flox) and control (Padi4 flox/flox) mice.
