Land at Birch Road, Landkey, Devon. Results of a Desk-Based Assessment and Geophysical Survey (OASIS ID: southwes1-192760, southwes1-254826)

This archive contains the results of a geophysical survey carried out by South West Archaeology Ltd. (SWARCH) on land off Birch Road, Landkey, Devon, as part of the pre-planning documentation for a proposed housing development and associated landscaping. Two phases of desk-based assessment and survey are included within this project. Both phases identified anomalies consistent with historic field boundaries, Phase 1 also identifying modern cable and service trenching, plough scars and recent topsoil disturbances.
