PROVINCE SONDRIO - DOWNLOAD MAP
收藏资源简介:
The discharge map service of the Province of Sondrio has two purposes: one is purely statistical and environmental, which is to assess the presence and concentration of discharges in the various areas of the provincial territory and the other is more operational because knowledge of the coordinates of the discharge points due to the constraints they entail makes it possible to guide the choices of professionals during the design phase. The service consists of six specific information levels in addition to any constraints of interest: domestic discharges, industrial discharges, sewage treatment plants, lifting stations, flood drains, agglomerations. The information contained in the information levels mainly refers to the location and locality. The ‘domestic discharges’ report the location of the residential discharges or those of the type assimilated to domestic discharges for which the Province has issued authorisation in accordance with the legal procedures. The ‘industrial discharges’ report the location of the industrial discharges for which the Province, not being part of the AUA procedures, has issued authorisation pursuant to Legislative Decree No 152/06.The ‘purification plants’ report the location of the existing and authorised urban waste water treatment plants in the Province of Sondrio.‘lifting stations’ and ‘full dischargers’ are artefacts present on the collecting systems that deliver to the environment; ‘Agglomerates’ are areas identified by the management bodies of the Lombardy ATOs. The agglomeration is defined as ‘an area in which the population and/or economic activities are sufficiently concentrated to make it possible to collect and channel urban waste water to an urban waste water treatment plant or to a final discharge point’ (formerly Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991, Article 2, transposed by Legislative Decree No 152/2006, Article 74).
