This dataset comprises Neuropixels electrophysiological recordings used to construct a brainstem-wide activity map in behaving mice, DeepLabCut-based tracking of orofacial features, and anatomical localization of recording sites registered to the Allen Mouse Brain Common Coordinate Framework (CCF).
