CRA Northwood Districts

This layer was created for mapping and to identify the geographic extent of the City of West Palm Beach CRA Northwood District.

Northwood Districts: Broadway / US Highway 1; Currie Corridor; Industrial Park; Northwood Village; Pleasant City.

The Northwood/Pleasant City CRA was adopted by Resolution 282-94 in October 11, 1994. “ The Northwood/Pleasant City CRA Plan has been prepared in response to the City’s commitment to foster redevelopment within the Northwood/Pleasant City Community Redevelopment Area. The Plan is a workable program for utilizing public resources and encouraging private resources to eliminate and further prevent the development or spread of slum and blighted conditions.”
