SDG 17.12.1 Average most favoured-nation tariff applied by developed country markets to products exported from Qatar, by product category

This dataset reports the average most-favoured-nation (MFN) import tariff faced by products exported from Qatar in developed-country markets, by product category. It is a country-level series supporting SDG indicator 17.12.1. The MFN tariff is the standard non-discriminatory rate normally applied when no lower preferential rate is used. Comparing MFN and preferential series can help show the tariff advantage potentially available through preferences, but the indicator does not capture non-tariff measures or whether preferences are actually utilized. Product codes are expanded in English and Arabic.
