Smart Governance Readiness Through Organizational Support and Public Service Competence
收藏资源简介:
Smart Governance Readiness Through Organizational Support and Public Service Competence, conducted at DPMPTSP Kota Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. It comprises 134 respondents proportionally distributed across four operational units (Licensing Division, Non-Licensing Division, Front Office, and Back Office) and three position levels (Staff, Division Head, Department Head), matching the sample distribution reported in the source study. Each respondent provided answers to 17 indicator items on a 5-point Likert scale, measuring five latent constructs: Organizational Support (P1–P3), Public Service Competence (K1–K4), Affective Commitment (EP1–EP3), Civil Servant Performance (KA1–KA3), and Public Service Task Performance (KM1–KM3). Item-level scores were generated using a reflective factor model with loadings consistent with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) ranges reported in the original manuscript, while inter-construct relationships follow the standardized structural path coefficients from the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) results across the study's seven hypotheses (H1–H7). The dataset includes a variable codebook and a formula-based sample-distribution verification table, making it suitable for SEM/CFA practice, methodological replication exercises, or statistics instruction.
