We assessed the gene expression profile of purified CD205+CD8+ Dendritic Cells isolated from murine spleens. Mice were injected 5 days previously with B16 melanoma cells expressing recombinant FLT3L in order to boost CD205 DC populations Overall design: DCs were FACS sorted based on the expression level of CD103 (High vs. Low) and were collected from mice with or without injection with muramyl dipeptide (MDP), a peptidoglycan-derived ligand of the innate immune receptor NOD2 (PBS vs. MDP). Only samples with sufficient RNA quality as determined by 2100 Bioanalyzer were included in microarray analysis
