Allele-specific expression data of yeast YPS128 and RM11-1a, hybrid and co-culture.. Saccharomyces

The expression data includes 20 replicates of a yeast hybrid (YPS128/RM11-1a) and 10 replicates of the co-culture of diploid YPS128 and RM11-1a strain in a lab condition. The high number of replicates is for a better approximation of cis landscape within species and also provides a resource for future exploration of better cis/trans effect estimation models.
