GMxCTmax_data

Data of wood frog larvae following early-life microbiome manipulation and exposure to a brief thermal acclimation condition. The files includes data on the starting data of all larval wood frogs, the CTmax of all larvae that underwent and survived the assay, and the gut microbiota data of bacterial ASVs. Descriptions of the dataset variables are provided in the metadata tabs in the file.本数据集包含林蛙幼体经生命早期微生物组操控，并暴露于短期热驯化条件后的相关实验数据。文件涵盖所有林蛙幼体的初始数据、经测试并存活的全部幼体的临界热最大值（CTmax），以及细菌扩增子序列变异体（Amplicon Sequence Variant，ASV）的肠道微生物组数据。数据集各变量的详细说明详见文件内的元数据标签页。
