Data from statistical analysis

The data correspond to all statistical analyses of the paper entitled "Morphological and Molecular Changes in the Cortex and Cerebellum of Immunocompetent Infected Mice Cerebellum of Immunocompetent Mice Infected with Zika Virus". The analyses of differential expression assays have been normalized using the equation 2^-(ΔCt) between the gene of interest and the reference gene GAPDH. Results published in the Journal Viruses本数据集对应题为《寨卡病毒感染的免疫健全小鼠皮层与小脑的形态学及分子变化》的论文的全部统计分析内容。其中，差异表达分析结果采用目的基因与内参基因甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶（GAPDH）的2^(-ΔCt)公式完成归一化处理。该研究成果发表于《Viruses》期刊。
