RNA-seq of the abscission zone (AZ) of yellow lupine (Lupinus luteus L.) flowers

Transcriptome analysis using RNA-Seq assay were done to identify genes and pathways regulated under soil drought stress in yellow lupin epigonal cultivar Taper (Lupinus luteus L.). Five weeks old plants were exposed to a 2-week soil drought at 25% water holding capacity (WHC).The experiments were carried out on the abscission zone (AZ) of yellow lupine (Lupinus luteus L.) flowers
