Later-year losses in multi-year droughts: analysis code and derived data
收藏资源简介:
Analysis code and derived tables for a global study of losses in the later years of multi-year droughts. A later year is the second or a subsequent year of a run of years with a 12-month standardised precipitation–evapotranspiration index below −1. For each later year the observed loss is compared with the loss expected from isolated dry years of the same intensity in the same place and biome. The deposit contains the analysis and figure scripts, the summary tables those scripts write, the processed analysis tables they read, and a 0.5-degree land mask. Provider archives (climate fields, satellite products, streamflow, tree-ring chronologies, eddy-covariance files and gravimetry files) are not included. Obtain them from the providers listed in README.md. The analysis covers global land, 1972–2024.
