Single cell RNA sequencing of human pluripotent stem cells directed toward the amnioblast lineage.

A newly developed condition to induce human amniotic and surface ectoderm lineages from pluripotent stem cells was analysed at the single cell resolution over 24-hour time points up to three days in aim to understand the molecular mechanisms regulating these lineage commitment. Overall design: Human induced pluripotent stem cells were sparsely seeded and cultured in the ABCP condition to generate a heterogenous population of ectodermal progenitors, and were collected on day 0, 1, 2 and 3 to depict the fate transitions toward amnioblast-like cells.
