Under the conditions of intensive farming and highly artificial selection, the pig industry is facing a great risk of disease. The domestic native pig breed resources are rich, generally has the strong adaptability and the disease resistance. The spleen is the largest secondary lymphoid organ in the pig, which participates in many innate and adaptive immune responses and plays an important role in homeostasis and immune regulation. In this experiment, Chinese native Hoshou Black Pig and Landrace pig were used as research objects. Based on Illumina sequencing platform and bioinformatics analysis, the differential expression mRNA in spleen of Hutou Hushou Black and landrace pigs was analyzed by functional enrichment analysis, to screen candidate genes related to spleen immunity of Hutou type Hoshou Black Pig and landrace pig, and to provide reference for disease resistance breeding and production of Hoshou Black Pig.
