Research data and code for "Microbial ecological network analysis and machine learning for predictive modelling of tree–microbe–pathogen interactions"

This repository contains the processed data and analysis code supporting the manuscript “Microbial ecological network analysis and machine learning for predictive modelling of tree–microbe–pathogen interactions”. The files include genus-level fungal relative abundance tables, sample metadata, Python notebooks for machine-learning evaluation, cross-dataset validation and SHAP analysis, R code for co-occurrence network analysis, dual-culture assay measurements, and analysis results. The README provides instructions for reproducing the analyses. The original ITS sequencing data are available under accession numbers PRJNA1107041 and PRJEB21787.
