The dataset comprises oxygen data from CTD samples taken around the Porcupine Abyssal Plain Sustained Observatory (PAP-SO) site in the North East Atlantic during cruise DY116 in November 2020. The samples were taken by scientists from the National Oceanography Centre Southampton and were analysed onboard using a Metrohm Ti-Touch following GO-SHIP protocols.
