资源简介:
To evaluate the transcriptional-level biological effects of manufactured nanomaterials, a whole-genome microarray analysis was performed on the lungs of a murine chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) model. Mice were intratracheally instilled with cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs) or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Overall design: Mice were intratracheally instilled with CNFs, MWCNTs (80µg/mouse), or vehicle solutions (Control). Lungs were excised 28 days post-instillation for microarray analysis.
