We report the application of cleavage under targets and tagmentation (CUT&Tag) assay for profiling DNA-binding sites of BAF45D in human ESCs and human ESC-derived spinal cord NSCs. After human ESCs were induced into spinal cord NSCs, examination of BAF45D-DNA binding profile using CUT&Tag assay in human ESCs and the human ESC-derived NSCs was performed.
