Supplemental material for a PhD thesis which used systematic review and meta-analysis methods to investigate the impact of conventional housing on laboratory rodent health. Systematic review materials included are PRISMA checklists, study characteristics, R code, a reference list of included studies, a reference list of excluded studies and experimental risks of bias.
