MATLAB code for reproducing the results of "Insight into Phase-Sensitive Optical Coherence Tomography Displacement Measurement"

This record contains the MATLAB R2020b scripts used to generate and visualise the results presented in “Insight into Phase-Sensitive Optical Coherence Tomography Displacement Measurement”. The archive includes scripts corresponding to Figs. 1–9, covering phase-difference simulations, noise and vibration perturbations, oscillation-peaks and 2π-jumps, displacement-estimation analyses, and experimental inclusion-phantom results. The complete underlying dataset is not included because it exceeds 20 GB.
