Depleting lncEPAT in GBM cells leads to altered cell-senescence related gene expression, and this phenotype can be reversed by USP16 further knock-down. Overall design: We derived three stable GSC23 cell lines (shCtrl, lncEPAT-sh2 and lncEPAT-sh2+USP16-sh2), two replicates for each group. Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for histone modifications ubH2AK119 and RING1B in three cell lines. H3/H15 data are from shCtrl#1, H4/H16 data are from shCtrl replicate. H5/H17 data are from lncEPAT-sh2, H6/H18 data are from lncEPAT-sh2 replicate. H7/H19 data are from lncEPAT-sh2+USP16-sh2, H8/H20 data are from lncEPAT-sh2+USP16-sh2 replicate.
