In Iran, Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the dangerous bacteria in nosocomial infections. In Klebsiella pneumonia, antibiotic resistance is very high and with the production of ESBL, it is resistant to almost all common antibiotics. In our project, we have tried to isolate and replicate specific phages against this bacterium so that we can use them in the next phage therapy projects. In this project, sampling was performed on the wound of a 62-year-old patient who had a severe wound.
