Reproducibility artifacts for the inverse-design DED-pipeline manuscript

This dataset provides reproducibility artifacts for the inverse-design DED-pipeline manuscript: posterior ABC outputs, experimental target data, ARCADE model provenance, analysis summary tables, per-figure source-data workbooks, configuration files, environment metadata, checksums, and helper scripts. Each posterior archive includes the prior generation (iter_0) and the final posterior generation (iter_4) for the manuscript-relevant SIR and ARCADE runs. For ARCADE runs, the generated XML input folders are omitted; they can be regenerated from the retained parameter tables using the accompanying inverse_design code archive and the bundled ARCADE jar. The source_data/ directory provides Excel workbooks with the numeric data underlying each main and extended-data figure; exact figure recreation requires the plotting and styling scripts in the associated code repository. Verify file integrity with MANIFEST.SHA256; posterior-archive checksums are also provided in posteriors/MANIFEST.sha256.
