医疗问答数据集主要由提问和答案组成。
提问为用户自行在医疗APP提问产生，用户提问前需在平台注册用户，用户注册协议中包含用户相关信息保密条款和授权条款，如用户不同意相关条款则无法在医疗APP中提问。
答案由专业医生撰写生成，公司与专业医生有合作协议。
所有数据不涉及任何用户敏感信息。

This medical question answering (QA) dataset primarily comprises questions and corresponding answers. All questions originate from self-initiated user inquiries submitted via the medical mobile application. Prior to submitting a question, users are required to register an account on the platform; the platform's user registration agreement includes confidentiality clauses and authorization clauses regarding user-related information, and users who do not consent to these clauses will be barred from submitting questions on the medical APP. All answers are drafted and generated by licensed professional physicians, and the dataset operator has signed formal cooperation agreements with these participating medical professionals. No sensitive user information is contained in any portion of this dataset.
