Development plan Marienthal 8 1st amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Marienthal 8 development plan of 20 May 1975 (HmbGVBl. p. 98) is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Marienthal 8 Development Plan" is added to the Ordinance.
2. In § 2, the following sentences are added:
"Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall not be permitted in the industrial areas. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with craft businesses and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
