资源简介:
# riverine fish stability Data and R codes for global riverine fish stability Data & Code included all data and codes for statistic analyses in this study. Data and code files showed the analyses separately for each figure and table. Data_site and Data_basin tables are used for analysis at the site and basin scale seperately. In all data tables, MAIN_RIV refers to the code of the main river of the basin (based on HydroRiver dataset) where the sampling site locates. Sites sharing the same code indicate their location within the same basin. In the Data_site table, sta.C, asyn and sta.S refer to community stability, species asynchrony and species stability separately ; alpha.d refers to species diversity; MAT, TIV, HFT, DOF, ORD_STRA refer to mean annual temperature, temperature interannual variability, human footprint index, degree of fragmentation, the Strahler order separately of each sampling site. In the Data_basin table, mean_alpha_div, beta_div and gamma_div refer to alpha, beta and gamma diversity separately at the basin scale; sta_C_R, sta_C_L and asyn_C_L2R refer to gamma stability, alpha stability and spatial asynchrony separately ; MAT_bs, TIV_bs, HFT_bs, DOF_bs, net_comp and catch_area refer to mean annual temperature, temperature interannual variability, human footprint index, degree of fragmentation, branching complexity and catchment area separately of each basin.
