Mus musculus musculus scRNAseq analysis

In this study, we explored the heterogenous immune leukocytes from ALD induced diet and normal chow diet mice groups that are responsible for alcoholic steatohepatitis (ASH). We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis to reveal the heterogeneity of mouse immune cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) two different groups at a single cell level.
