Young inflorescences of pSPT:SPT-YFP were collected. Nuclei were extracted followed by crosslinking of protein-DNA interactions with formaldehyde. Chromatin fragmentation was done by sonication. Immunoprecipitation (IP) was prformed with anti GFP magnetic beads. Finally, DNA was recovered with DNA recovery kit (IPure kit v2) and eluted. IP and input (without ant-GFP pulldown) were sequenced with Illumina Sequencing PE150
