File List simulations.R (MD5: 1d6fbd0622c58e9a3825206f3b079638) Description The code included in simulations.R creates a function called sim.mod that runs the simulation model described in the main text. The resulting output is the number of species in the estimated community called “Richness” and distinct from the total potential number of species, which is a constant in the model. User-supplied disturbance intensity and frequency are also reported.
