3D Multispectral Lifetime Fluorescence Microscopy Datasets
收藏资源简介:
We provide acquisitions for 5D data reconstruction algorithms in fluorescence microscopy. Each file contains two acquisitions for the same sample: the first is an intensity volume with high spatial resolution (3D), and the second is a single-pixel camera image with low spatial resolution, but each pixel contains multispectral and fluorescence temporal decay (4D). These two tensors can be fused to obtain 5-dimensional high-resolution microscopy data (decay, spectrum, depth, height, width). In each sample (beads, cells), the single-pixel camera images have been reconstructed with TVAL3 at different compression rates (CR) indicated in the file names (CR = 1 - M/N; where M is the number of measurements and N the number of pixels in the reconstructed image). Each .npz file contains: - "spc": 4D reconstruction (decay, spectrum, height, width). - "cmos": 3D intensity volume (depth, height, width). - "time_axis": Temporal axis of the decay [ns]. - "spectral_axis": Spectral axis of the multispectral channels [nm]. - "metadata": Metadata of the acquisition setup and sample.
