Supporting data for “Inhibition of Polo-like kinase 4 manifests anti-leukemic effects through remodelling histone methylation”

This is the dataset for the thesis titled 'Inhibition of Polo-like kinase 4 manifests anti-leukemic effects through remodelling histone methylation'. Analysed and processed data from Western Blot assays (fold change) and flow cytometry assays (MFI) were all included in the excel file. TP53 mutant AML cell lines such as KO52 and THP1 were used, and drug treatment like CFI-400945 (PLK4 inhibitor), GSK591 (PRMT5 inhibitor), EED226 (PRC2 inhibitor) and OSMI-1 (OGTi) were done in this project.
